Notes:
This is a big blend of varietals that is big on complexity. A spiced berry fruit nose and a layered body will intrigue your senses. The acidity is mellowing at a good rate and cellaring will make a masterpiece. We release most of our wines as soon as they are approachable and let you cellar them. Why? Some of you love the taste and it also helps keep the cost down. Storing wine somewhere costs quite a lot. Ya gotta love the honesty!
"What's the difference between Kazza Roja and Kazorouge?"
That's a common question we get in the tasting room which we respond to wih one of the following:
1. "Ones a house wine and one a tabel wine." Smart ass.
2. "Kazorouge blends more varietals and vintages." True.
3. "We alternate between the two i guess." Said by someone who forgot to ask Kaz.

Pairing Suggestions:
Yes, Mexican is a good match. We've enjoyed it with surf and turf meals too. |
