quickly develop a crush (no pun intended) on
this show stopping wine. It's surprisingly full
of rich berry fruit and subtle currant yet the
oak and burnt toast will rise to the occasion and
make a perfect union.

Pairing Suggestions:
It's will be considered young until about 2011 and will
fit best with any hearty meal but will enjoyed most
as an after dinner sipper. Once aged and smoothened
expect the nose to deepen and perhaps show light hints
of sweetness while the body gains new flavors and retires
the younger version. It will pair well with any meaty
meal under the sun and become a great "anytime" drinking
wine as well. |
